I. ACCREDITATION
    Documents required from the Principal / Employer :
 
    A.)    PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT ADMINISTRATION (POEA/LABOR OFFICE)

  1. Manpower Request / Demand Letter
  2. Special Power of Attorney
  3. Employment Contract
  4. Photocopy of Commercial Registration with English Translation
  5. Photocopy of the Official Signatory of the Company

      NOTE: Nos. 1, 2 and 3 above should be attested by the Philippine Embassy.


      B. SAUDI EMBASSY

    Electronic Visa indicating  the Authority of the Agency to claim the Visa
 

II. PROCEDURES

      1. MANPOWER POOLING

       Upon acquisition of your manpower request prior to the receipt of the requirements listed in item 1 above, we will commence the pooling of the contract workers.  Aside from our present pool, possible shortage may be augmented by the following procedures:

  • Print (Newspaper) and Broadcast Media Advertisement
  • On-the-spot-sourcing (City and Provincial)
 

      2. SELECTION OF CONTRACT WORKERS

       The mode of selection of contract workers may be executed under the following procedures:
    
             A. SELECTION BY EMPLOYER OR THRU HIS/HER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

             By this routine, the Employer or his/her authorized representative may conduct personal interview here in the Philippines and finally select the most competent from our manpower reserve.

             B. TRANSMITTAL OF CURRICULUM VITAE (CV)

             Your company may require us to send to you the bio-data of all prospective candidates who pass the pre-qualification interview and testing conducted at our end.  In such case, the name of the successful candidates may be relayed to us via Email or Fax.


             C.    AGENCY SELECTION

              You may authorize our agency to select qualified workers fully guaranteed by us.


 
     3. FULL DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANCE FOR SELECTED CANDIDATES

         We provide selected applicants assistance in securing the travel documents required by both Labor Office and Embassy, like Trade Test, Authenticated Credentials, Passport, NBI Clearance, Medical Certificate, Overseas Employment Certificate and Exit pass.  This will also include Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar wherein the worker will have to undergo a comprehensive briefing on the working and living condition, customs and traditions, laws and regulations in the country of destination.
 
 

    4. PERIODIC PROGRESS REPORT
 
         Update report on status of the worker’s travel papers shall be transmitted to the employer regularly.  Flight details shall be furnished one day before departure to ensure that somebody from employer’s part will assist the arriving staff at the airport of destination
 
 
 
     5.  DEPLOYMENT TIME TABLE
 
 
       NOTE :  AIRLINE BOOKING/DEPARTURE WILL DEPEND ON THE FLIGHT  SCHEDULE GIVEN BY THE PRINCIPAL IF  IT IS A PTA WHICH COULD START FROM DAY 15  AFTER ALL  DOCUMENTS  OF THE  STAFF  HAD BEEN AUTHENTICATED, ONWARD DEPENDING ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE  SEATS BETWEEN DAY 15 – DAY 31  IN THE CHOSEN AIRLINE.

        IF IT IS BUYING TICKET ( TICKETS PURCHASE HERE IN MANILA), WE WILL  BOOK THE STAFF ON THE FIRST AVAILABLE FLIGHT IMMEDIATELY AFTER  COMPLETING THE AUTHENTICATION OF THEIR CREDENTIALS.
 
 
 
     6. REPATRIATION 

         99 NINETY-NINE MANPOWER SERVICES CORPORATION has primary duty of sending only well selected and competent applicants in order to meet the job requirements of its employer.  However, there are causes beyond control that contract worker may be repatriated.  Within three (3) months probationary period, our company guarantee the worker’s capabilities primarily their Physical, mental and Technical-know-how.
 


      7. TO TEST THE SKILLS OF CANDIDATES, 99 NINETY-NINE MANPOWER SERVICES CORPORATION IS AFFILIATED WITH THE FOLLOWING TRADE TEST CENTER:

       - EXECUTIVE TRADE TEST CENTER



      8. RECRUITMENT FEES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS :


    The employer shall pay the following fees:

  • One (1) month salary as Placement Fee
  • Prepaid ticket advice (PTA) or its equivalent to cash (from Manila to point of destination).
  • Processing & Authentication fees  maybe paid also by the principal on its option or by the applicant concern.
  • Or other terms regarding fees can be discussed and arranged by both parties concerned.
